About this Course
Minimum Qualification for Admission to NDDY (Previous) First Year Academic Qualification
The least qualification for admission to the first year (i.e., previous) of the Naturopathy and Yoga Diploma (NDDY) program is successful completion of Senior Secondary/Intermediate or an equivalent examination. A recognised Education Board/University must conduct this examination. Additionally, it is required that the candidate has studied Biology as one of the subjects during their academic tenure.
Humanities/Science (Mathematics) Stream
Applicants who have passed the Intermediate Examination or equivalent in the Humanities or Science stream, with Mathematics as one of the topics, are also eligible for admission to the NDDY (Previous). However, these candidates will be required to take the General Science examination as an additional but compulsory paper.
Registered Medical Practitioners
Individuals who are registered as medical practitioners recognised by the State/Central Board in the method of diagnosis system of medicine are eligible for admission to NDDY (Previous). These candidates, too, will be required to take the General Science examination as an additional compulsory paper. It is crucial to note that all candidates must meet the abovementioned requirements regardless of their specific qualifications to be considered for admission to the NDDY (Previous) program.
